Iceland 14th April 2013
Flew with Easyjet from Manchester to Keflavik airport and picked up the hirecar from Budget everything went smoothly till we walked out of the terminal where we were greeted to Iceland by bitingly cold north easterly wind but clear blue skies.
 Set off around the Reykanes peninsula soon  found some pools and started scanning there were plenty of birds on the pools but they were all hunkered down against the wind so views were poor.

Offshore hundreds of Fulmars,Gannets and Auk sp flew past but again the wind made it hard work.
