Cracking Day

Started with a short seawatch but it soon became apparent that there was little passing
2 Arctic Tern
14 Sandwich Tern
1 R.T.Diver
1 Manx Shearwater
6 Gannet
2 R.B.Merganser
40 Eider
8 Common Scoter
20 Swallows in dribs and drabs came in off.
Waders on the beach
10 Sanderling (one sporting a blue flag on its right leg).
40 Turnstone
3 Grey plover
40 Dunlin
29  Knot
40 Whimbrel
12 wheatears and 20 Linnet were feeding along the foreshore

Every bush seemed to have birds in
