Started the day at Aldingham but little of note. More Lesser Black Backs on the outflows along the coast road in the last few days. Herring Gulls seemed to be on the move also with about 300 birds crossing the bay from the south between 09:30 and 10:30 in groups of 10s and 20s.The congregation of gulls prior to high tide was at Roosebeck but there were only Herring, L.B.B., Common and Black Headed gulls.
The Gulls that have been feeding in the fields along Rampside road seem to have dispersed, there being no sign for the last few days.
Foulney high tide.
